Access to Calms
You will have received a username and password to use the
system, log onto https://new-business.v12vf.co.uk/
This guide has been written to help with the generation and activation
of a quote or proposal process using Calms. The content mainly follows
the recommended steps for the creation creation of an agreement, with
some signposting to an appendix explaining Calms messages that you may
encounter.
The guide refers to V12 Vehicle Finance lending parameters and business
rules applicable at the point of publication (which are of course subject to
change).

Enter your user name and password on the home screen to log onto the system.
Top Tip
If you can’t remember your password after your second attempt, please use the reset
