Notification of Deal Paid Out/Snagged Proposals
If there are issues at Pay Out, the status of the proposal will change to ‘Pending
Dealer Action’. Details of the issue to be resolved are shown in Key Info ‘Fix Now’.
Proposal Status Underwriting and Requiring
Further Information
If the underwriters require further details prior to a decision being made,
they will update the status to ‘Pending Dealer Action’ and add details to
the notes for details required.
To respond add the details to the notes and change the status via the
“Actions” - “Dealer Action Complete”. As detailed in the previous section.
The details of the issue to be resolved are shown in a separate tab, you will also receive
an email notifying you of the issues.
The status will change to ‘activated’ once
the deal has been paid out.
Not Taken Up status
Where a proposal has not progressed after 60 days from the proposal date, it will
automatically be updated to a status of NTU (Not Taken Up).
Any documents to resolve the issues should be uploaded in the same way as the original
documents.
Once the additional documents and or note have been uploaded or added to the proposal
change the status via the “Actions” to “Dealer Action Complete”.
