Follow the screens and all applicable check boxes to complete the e-Sign
journey.
You can also use the “Choose a File” option to upload documents if you use this
option you will see the following screen, you will select upload document and
attached the required document. Next you will need to associate the document to the
proof. By using the associate document option you can choose to associate one or
more pages of the document to the proofs required.
Once the eSign has been completed you’ll now see that document section has
changed showing the electronic signing as ‘received.’
Any additional proofs required, Driving license, Payslips etc. can be uploaded by
selecting ‘choose a file ‘from the document section on the left, and select “Supporting
Document”.
Once all of the required documents have been uploaded the status of the proposal
will now automatically change to ‘payout submitted.’
Next you’ll need to upload the documents required for pay out. Select
Invoice check box and “Upload” button next to Invoice, complete this
process for each document required. You can upload the following file
types JPEG, PDF or TIF.
