Remodelling a quote or proposal
If at this stage (or later) you need to change the quote/proposal, you can
remodel the terms and values. This will open up the summarised proposal detail
into the Financing Quote screen detailed earlier.
Producing Documents for Signing
Once the proposal is in the Accept status – from
the Action button at the top right hand side of the
screen select “Proceed with Application”.
Add a comment if required & select “Do Action”.
If there is missing detail that is still
required, it will be indicated on
the screen.
If you select the “Fix Now” button,
the required details are highlighted in
their respective sections. These must
be completed before documents are
available for signing.
For example if the bank details
have not been entered during the
application process you will see the
following Key Info – Fix Now.
