How to Search for a
Quote or Proposal
All recent quotes/proposals will be listed on the left hand side of the
screen for quick and easy access.
Once all details are completed
and the warning triangles have
disappeared click “Save Changes” as
shown below.
Select “Submit” from in the top right
hand corner of the screen to submit.
Alternatively, search by customer surname or proposal number in the
search bar at the top of the screen.
Once you have found and clicked on the proposal you are looking for, select
“Open”.
Then, select “Do Action”.
The status of the proposal will
now change to Referred / Accepted /
Declined (to the right of the
proposal number.)
