The 2019 graduates studied at 43 Universities across the UK.
Previous to this, they attended 341 different state sixth forms and
colleges.
49% lived in Greater London whilst studying for their A Levels (or
equivalent). 13% lived in the South East of England, 9% lived in the
South West and North West, 6% lived in Wales and the West
Midlands, 5% lived in the East Midlands, 3% in the North East and
1% lived in Scotland.
35% lived in POLAR4 Quintiles 1 and 2 and 33% of those with
English postcodes came from the 20% most deprived small areas Fig 2. Universities Attended by
