Participation in the upReach Career Springboard is another way to consider the impact of
engagement on the Graduate Outcomes of upReach Alumni. The upReach Career Springboard
comprises eight key activities we believe best support Associates in achieving a graduate role,
and recognises their participation with bronze, silver and gold awards.

The Springboard comprises of 8 steps:
• Submit a CV for review
• Submit a Cover Letter/Application for review
• Complete two Online Tests
• Pass a Career Course
• Attend an Insight Day
• Attend three Video Forums
• Attend a Skills Workshop/Career Academy
• Attend a Mock Interview
