Programme Participation: Impact on Graduate Outcomes
Associates can join an upReach programme at various points during their university studies.
Looking at how length of time on the programme affects Graduate Outcomes, our analysis has
found that 2019 graduates who spent multiple years on the programme achieved better Graduate
Outcomes on average.
Figure 9 shows that upReach Associates who spent 3+ years on the programme had a GDS score
that was 19.5 percentage points higher than Associates who only spent one year on the
programme. 15
