Mock Interviews
Programme Coordinators will provide mock interviews and
assessment centres for their Associates. Associates receive
personalised advice on their strengths and development areas as
part of their interview preparation.
There were 301 attendances at Mock Interviews by 161 of the
2019 graduates.

Through upReach’s support I was able to gain a place on the Wellcome
Trust’s General Graduate Development programme. Even prior to
starting the application process, upReach organised a session
presenting an overview of the organisation and the graduate scheme.
This session provided me with a helpful basis on which to start the
application process, as it highlighted key aspects of the organisation
and scheme it would be beneficial to research and foreground in my
application.
Throughout the subsequent stages of the application process, my
brilliant Programme Coordinator organised mock interviews and offered
to review my application, providing useful tips and advice.
