These 45-60 minute daily interactive online
webinars are run by Programme Coordinators
and focus on a variety of topics from developing
employability skills, to strengthening application
and interview technique.
There were a total of 1046 attendances by 246
of the 2019 graduates during their time on the

on campus at our partner universities by the
upReach team and focus on developing the
ten employability skills that comprise the
Graduate Employability Framework.

Career Courses
Introduced in 2017-18, Career Courses
consist of a series of modules designed to
help
Associates
build
foundational
knowledge in a particular sector.
106 Career Courses were completed by
90 of the 2019 graduates.

We collaborate on Professional Experience Weeks
and Exclusive Internships with a number of our
partners. They are designed to level the playing
field to ensure Associates have the same access to
the work experience that can introduce them to
the professional working environment and make a
difference when they are applying to graduate
jobs.
44 of the 2019 graduates had the opportunity to
take part in a 45 Professional Experience Weeks
at Coutts, Deloitte and KPMG.
