Careers Academies
One to Ones
One-to-One Career Coaching Sessions
form the core of upReach’s programme of
support. Programme Coordinators build
close relationships with their Associates to
offer guidance on how Associates can
explore the various career paths open to
them, signposting to the most appropriate
resources and interventions.
1061 one-to-one sessions were held with
288 of the 2019 graduates during their
time on the programme.
Introduced in 2017-18, Careers Academies
comprise of employer-led workshops focused
on skill development and commercial
awareness. They are an accessible way for
Associates to gain exposure to multiple
employers and sectors, while developing the
skills most relevant to that sector.
There was a total of 164 attendances at
Careers Academies by 127 of the 2019
graduates.

upReach Associates have access to our online
portal my.upReach, where they can track their
applications, book into events, and access
numerous resources designed to broaden their
knowledge of the opportunities available to
them, including our bespoke Employer Guides.
The 2019 graduates logged onto my.upReach a
total of 12,662 times.
