FOGCOntroller
Sensor
The FOGCOntroller is a 2 zone 24V AC microprocessor that accepts input from two
separate sensors. The controller has 5 independent programmable relays that can control
a series of fans, zone valves, and pumps.
The controller also includes a programmable time delay NC contact that can be used to
terminate all output signals from the controller if a defined condition develops with the
system.
The humidity settings range from 30% to 99% with a hysteresis range between 1 and 9.
The temperature settings range from 70º to 99º with a hysteresis range between 1 and 9.
The standard sensor will have an accuracy of +/- 2% from 10% to 70% humidity. It is
recommended that the high humidity sensor be used for applications requiring humidity
levels above 70%.
•The controller requires a 50 Watt 24V AC transformer as a power supply.

FOGCOntroller II
The FOGCOntroller II is a humidity controller, with an internal humidity sensor that provides
automated operation of a fog system. The unit can operate based on its internal sensor or
it can be wired to an external sensor for high humidity applications.
The humidity settings range from 10% to 99% with a hysteresis range between 1 and 5. It
is recommended to use the external sensor for humidity levels above 50% and our high
humidity sensor for humidity levels above 70%.
The FOGCOntroller II is a single zone microprocessor and has two output relays with a
programmable delay start and stop.
The internal and external sensors are fully calibrated
re-flow humidity sensors with digital output that sends
binary data over RS485 protocol. The sensor will have
an accuracy of +/- 2%.

Universal Remote Control
The Universal Remote Control (URC) with
transmitter and wireless receiver allows
automated operation of a fog system up to
150ft away and plugs into standard 20 amp
receptacles.
The 230V units are available in both 15 and
20 amp versions. They include a NEMA plug
and receptacle. The 230V units are rated to
operate a 3hp motor, with a draw of 12 amp
and 16 amp respectively.
These controllers include a key fob, a
radio frequency wireless receiver, a motor
start contactor, a power supply cord and a
power cord receptacle in an outdoor rated
enclosure. The receiver and transmitter
operate on one of four frequency channels.
