603 Retainer
•This product is a single component, medium strength,
anaerobic sealant which cures when in the absence of
air between close fitting metal surfaces
•Typical applications include sealing close fitting joints
between rigid metal faces and flanges
•Provides resistance to low pressures immediately
after assembly of flanges
•Typically used as a form-in-place gasket on ridged
flanged connections, e.g. gearbox and engine
casings, etc.
•The thrixotropic natures reduces the migration of liquid
product after application to the substrate
Particularly suitable for retaining close fitting cylindrical
parts (up to 0.1mm gap), and for use on cylindrical fitting
parts where thorough degreasing is not possible.
Tested and approved for use on bearings.
•High and moderate strength products –
can carry high loads and eliminate fretting
• Fill all voids – prevent corrosion
• Reduce the need for close tolerances
•100% contact – load and stress is
distributed evenly over the joint
