HVLP
High volume, low pressure (HVLP) spray guns are designed similar to conventional spray
guns, the only difference being that unlike conventional spray guns, which operate under
high pressure, HVLP spray guns operate at a much lower pressure.
• Offers a more accurate way of spray painting, with less chance of overspray
• Produces a more thick and consistent quality of paint finish
• Less pollution compared to conventional spray guns
• Consumes less materials down to minimising overspray

LVLP
Low volume, low pressure (LVLP) spray guns are designed to work similar to the HVLP
guns but to consume less air than the HVLP and used mainly in more intricate spraying on
smaller areas. Used in auto painting and spraying of furniture, etc.
• More intricate spraying
• Low volume of air is utilised to finely atomize paint creating a very smooth finish
•Increased prevention of overspray and material wastage
