INTRODUCING TWIN FERRULE
TUBE COMPRESSION FITTINGS
Functions
Stainless Steel Fittings & Valves
Panam Instrumentation tube fittings provide a zero leak proof seal which will
withstand high pressure, impulse, vibration and temperature. These features offer
high safety and maintenance free smooth working. Each component is precision
machined to the most accurate tolerance; maintain TQM practices throughout
manufacturing process.
Compression nut Threads are silver plated which prevents galling.
Back Ferrule locks together the fittings and tube forms a primary
Seal which absorbs the pressure pulses and vibration.
The fittings are manufactured in accordance with 1509001 quality standards
and CE marking requirements with complete traceability records available
upon request.
Front Ferrule Forms a secondary seal which connects tube and
fitting and guarantees a bubble tight Zero Leak Sealing.
Available in 316 55, Brass, CS, Monet materials in a variety of end connections.
Straight fittings are machined from bar stock and shaped bodies are machined
from forgings.
Rugged body construction, high precision machined surface and
standardised tolerances provides maximum trouble free service
life in severe working conditions.
The fittings are used on instrumentation process control systems, analysers and
environmental equipment in oil and gas, Petro-chemical. Power generation, Pulp
and Paper industry and many more.

Identification of Twin Ferrule Fittings
1 Insert the tubing in to the Tube
Fitting until it comes up to the
tube stop.
Only 3/4 Turn from Finger Tight is
necessary to seal and will result in
additional remakes of the fitting
