Valves & Actuation
Selecting the right valve for your application is key
and with options to choose from the type of valve
to body material, seals and terminations there is
likely to be a solution for even the most
demanding of applications.
The most popular Ball, Check, Gate, Butterfly

a wide range of sizes covered.
From our plastic piping system partners we have
the stalwarts of the PVC and ABS markets from the

Effast offering a cost effective alternative.
These valves are a good fit for many industrial
and water treatment installations where reliable
control is required. Many of these and our range
of metal valves come with Wras approval.
We are also a Safi distribution partner with their
integral flanged GRPP ball valves in particular
having a great reputation for quality and reliability
in chemical dosing and other projects.
GRPP Safi valves have particular advantages when
used in pipe systems with aggressive media such
as sulphuric acid that may attack internal metal
wetted parts. In addition the lack of exposed
external metal work and antioxidant additive helps
to eliminate corrosion and the black pigment
improves resistance to ultra violet deterioration.

316 Stainless Steel
An alloy of iron, carbon, nickel, and chromium
316 stainless steel has very good corrosion
resistance to a wide range of environments,
is not susceptible to stress corrosion cracking
and very commonly used in valve body and/or
trim material.
