You will leave the training equipped with the
knowledge and skills needed to act as an
effective Fire Marshal. Key bene昀椀ts include a deep
understanding of 昀椀re safety principles, familiarity
with relevant legislation, identi昀椀cation and
mitigation of 昀椀re hazards, and hands-on training
in the correct use of 昀椀re extinguishers.
Successful completion of the course will give you
the con昀椀dence to lead and coordinate effective
evacuations during emergencies, as well as
obtaining an accredited quali昀椀cation in line with
regulatory standards.

Robert Williams is the Head of Health and Safety at
NSEGTA. As a Chartered Member of the Institute of
Occupational Safety and Health (CMIOSH), and a strong
focus on training, Robert has delivered courses to hundreds
of employers, emphasizing the importance of relatable,
relevant, and enjoyable learning experiences.
Assessment & Accreditation.
The course concludes with two forms of assessment,
including a multiple-choice examination and
practical use of live water and Co2 昀椀re extinguishers
which covers safe distance, extinguisher selection
and use. Successful participants will receive the
Fire Marshal certi昀椀cate, valid for three years.
