apprenticeships, by streamlining the process and
encouraging a diverse use of Apprenticeship Levy
in businesses.

Greater 昀氀exibility incentives around training
to support the new and existing workforce
in businesses. This can include the use of
Apprenticeship Levy and faster introduction of the
Lifelong Loan Entitlement.

Enhance visa routes to offer businesses greater
昀氀exibility in accessing a worldwide talent pool
and expanding their global reach, with regular
reviews of the shortage occupation list based on
employer feedback.

Publish digital skills and green skills pathways to
demonstrate the learning opportunities available
and how these can make a career within our local
sectors.
