Principal Risks and Uncertainties
The 12 risks outlined below are those that the Board
considers material to the Group. They are not presented
in any order of priority. There may be other risks that
are either currently unknown, or considered by the
Board to be immaterial, which could adversely a昀昀ect
the Group’s business, the results of its operations or
昀椀nancial condition.
The Board routinely monitors risks that could materially
and adversely a昀昀ect the Group’s ability to achieve
strategic goals, its 昀椀nancial condition and the results of
its operations.
The Board is supported by executive management
colleagues who collectively play a key role in the
identi昀椀cation, assessment and mitigation of risk and
regularly report to the Board on progress.
