Principal Risks and
Uncertainties
The 12 risks outlined below are those that the
Board considers material to the Group. They are
not presented in any order of priority. There may
be other risks that are either currently unknown,
or considered by the Board to be immaterial, which
could adversely affect the Group’s business, the
results of its operations or financial condition.
The Board routinely monitors risks that could
materially and adversely affect the Group’s ability
to achieve strategic goals, its financial condition
and the results of its operations.
The Board is supported by senior management
colleagues who collectively play a key role in risk
management and regularly report to the Board on
progress.
