Aluminium is the ideal material for making radiators because it has the best ratio of thermal
conductivity to cost, but also because it is infinitely recyclable. It is estimated that 75% of all aluminium
produced is still in use today because its properties do not change during recycling. Furthermore, the
process uses only 5% of the total energy required to obtain new aluminium.
