5. COMMUNICATION
Regular, accurate and appropriate communication ensures
that all departments and teams throughout the company
are not only aligned to the values and vision of the
leadership team, but are also aware of the hazards and risks
to their immediate self
5.1 New, visiting, or transferred staff/contractors will undergo a
project induction that will cover all project rules, emergency
arrangements and RAMS where appropriate.
5.2 H&S audit reports will be complete at least monthly and
subsequently issued to project staff with advice on
improvements where necessary.
5.3 Investigation reports for accidents or incidents will be
shared across the company so that all personnel can take
appropriate action to prevent similar events on their projects.
5.4 All staff will be provided with performance reports that
will give constructive feedback and communication
regarding key performance indicators (KPIs).
