4. SUBCONTRACTOR
ENGAGEMENT AND
SELECTION
Subcontractors are a vital to an overall successful business
performance. Partners will be assessed and selected on
their capabilities and competencies that gives us the
confidence to be assured that they can perform works on
our behalf
4.1 All subcontractors will be selected following engagement
through the company’s pre-qualification questionnaire and
subsequent approval process.
4.2 Monthly performance reporting will be utilised to ensure
compliance with the company’s H&S systems and
expectations.
4.3 Subcontractors will be provided with an accurate scope of
works and all H&S information that is pertinent to them to
identifying fully all relevant hazards and risks.
4.4 Interfaces between the company, subcontractors and all
other project contractors will be identified and effectively
managed on a frequent basis.
