2. CONTINUOUS
IMPROVMENT
The business will be regularly assessed to ensure that
management systems, policies and procedures are in place
and working effectively. Where required, feedback will be
issued so that performance can be measured and improved
2.1 Annual assessments by external auditors will
take place focusing on the company’s health and
safety processes and performances.
2.2 Internal audits are complete at the end of each
calendar year which will focus on the compiled
monthly and accident statistics to report on the
overall H&S performance of the business.
2.3 The company’s Integrated Management
System, comprising of ISO45001, 14001 and 9001,
will be frequently reviewed to ensure that it is
consistently delivering the desired outcomes.
2.4 These principles will be used as benchmarks to
audit against to identify gaps and create
opportunities for improvement.
