1. LEADERSHIP,
ACCOUNTABILITY, AND
CULTURE
All leaders and managers will show guidance and
accountability when it comes to demonstrating the correct
and expected H&S behaviours and culture
1.1 Leaders and managers will engage in clear communication
with all interested parties with regards to H&S issues and
queries.
1.2 Everyone will engage in demonstrating positive and
encouraging H&S behaviours and lead by example on and off
projects.
1.3 H&S goals, objectives, roles and responsibilities will be
established and performance will be measured.
1.4 The Internal H&S Management system will be developed
and maintained to ISO45001.
