CONTROL
Accurate information will be recorded and stored for all
activities. Access to files and information will be via the
secure online server or through the appropriate project
management application software where applicable
7.1 Systems will be in place for managing and recording the
verification and storage of the latest drawings, design data,
H&S documents and communications and all other
applicable
regulations,
standards
and
technical
documentation.
7.2 Obsolete information will be identified and removed from
circulation where appropriate.
7.3 Employee records will be maintained with the appropriate
amount of confidentiality.
7.4 Updated recorded information and changes will be
suitably and effectively re-distributed in a timely fashion.
