How do I sell my apartment?
You can choose to sell the apartment at any time on the open market. Riverstone will
always be available to help you in the sale of your property.
If you use Riverstone as single or joint sales agent, you will bene昀椀t from our marketing
services. You will also have access to our database of interested parties and any
waiting lists.
One of our client advisors needs to attend all sales viewings and meetings with the
buyer. This is to make sure that information given to the buyer is accurate and not
misleading. It is important that the Riverstone retirement living concept is properly
explained to future buyers.

Can I bring my car?
Yes, you can rent a space in our secure car park on a 12-month licence. This is subject
to availability. You can renew the car parking licence each year if you want to. We will
provide a valet service to park and collect your car. Visitor parking is o昀昀ered, subject to
availability. We do not sell any car parking spaces to residents.
24.
Can I bring my pets?
Pets are allowed so long as they do not cause a nuisance or danger to other residents.
Pets are permitted in the restaurant and bar as long as they are on a lead. Please let
the client advisors know what pets you intend to bring
25.
Is there Wi-Fi coverage and television access?
Yes, Wi-Fi and television will be available in all communal areas and in your apartment.
This is all covered by your annual Membership Fee. This means you can stay connected
wherever you are in Riverstone Bishops Avenue. There is an option to upgrade the speed
for an additional cost.
