Restrictions on selling − All apartment sales have to be at open market value

− It is your decision as to which Option you choose – each has
its own Membership Fee and Deferred Fee structure which we
explain in this guide. Some buyers will prefer to pay a higher
Membership Fee in return for a lower Deferred Fee. Other
buyers would be happier paying a lower Membership Fee each
year but a higher Deferred Fee when the apartment is sold
− This is your choice and we strongly recommend you take 昀椀nancial
advice when making the decision on which Option to choose
