Can I bring my pets?
Pets are allowed so long as they do not cause a nuisance or danger to other residents.

This is all covered by your annual Membership Fee. This means you can stay connected
wherever you are in Riverstone Kensington.

What is the Riverstone Club, and do I have to pay for this?
As we expand, the Riverstone Club will give you access to all our fantastic Riverstone
locations across London. You’ll be able to enjoy all the amenities on offer whichever
location you decide to visit. You will also benefit from the discounts available as a
Riverstone resident. Being part of the Riverstone Club comes at no extra cost to you.

Who are ARCO and what do they do?
The Associated Retirement Community Operators (ARCO) is the main body representing
the retirement community sector in the UK. ARCO aims to create confidence in the sector by
setting rigorous standards for retirement communities. ARCO actively enforce these standards
through robust self-regulation. We are members of the Associated Retirement Community
Operators. As Approved Operators, we aim to comply at all times with the ARCO Consumer
Code. Our client advisors will be happy to give you a copy of the ARCO Consumer Code.
