Will I have access to care at Riverstone Kensington?
Our partnership with The Good Care Group means you have access to high quality
24/7 care. This can be tailored to match your changing needs in the comfort of
your own home, should you need it. Please note, care costs are not included in the
Membership Fee and are paid for separately. Please ask our client advisors for a copy
of The Good Care Group at Riverstone booklet for more information.
There might be exceptional circumstances when care at home (whether from
The Good Care Group at Riverstone, a nursing care agency or other provider) is no
longer able to ensure your safety and wellbeing. Should this happen, Riverstone will
work with you and the people that matter to you to find a solution that is in your best
interests.

No, the Membership Fee does not include home contents insurance. You will need to
arrange this yourself.

Is accommodation available for friends and family?
We do not offer separate accommodation for visitors, but family, grandchildren,
great-grandchildren and friends alike are of course all welcome! They can stay in your
apartment and can use the amenities at Riverstone Kensington. Each visitor can stay up
to 100 days per year. Please ask our client advisors for a copy of the Lease Summary for
more information.

Can I live in my apartment for only part of the year?
Of course. We recognise the importance of flexibility in your retirement. At Riverstone, we
make sure your apartment is looked after and kept safe and secure whilst you’re away.
However, you’re not allowed to leave the apartment empty for more than 12 months in a row.
