While the concept of flexible hours or remote
working has been highlighted for some
time, the pandemic sealed the deal. Even
after the pandemic, employees have had the
expectation for flexibility in working hours.
Now, more and more employees are looking
for jobs offering a hybrid working model.
Another talent-attracting benefit a
company can offer is training and
development programs.
About 74% of employees want to learn
new skills or retrain to remain at work.
Companies offering developmental
opportunities for their employees are
expected to retain skilled staff.
A 2019 Linkedin survey stated that 82% of
workers wanted to work from home at least
once a week, while over 57% wanted to work
from home at least three days a week.
Additionally, about 25% of employers have
trained their staff to support hybrid working. As
per research, 37% working culture has become
better with the hybrid working model.
