Recommended initial cleaning and maintenance guide for
terrazzo agglomerate stone honed or polished finish
Initial cleaning guide: (neutral detergent)
for the initial cleaning to remove grout
haze from installation
•
Product: Fila Cleaner Pro or similar
•
Coverage: approx. 50 mtr per 1 ltr
•
Guidance: dilution required: 1-30 apply over
the surface and leave to act for 5 minutes,
then clean with white nylon pads and then
remove the dirty solution with the use of a
proprietary tile sponge or wet vac and rinse
with clean water.
Stone treatment: (solvent-free water
and stain protection)

Product: mp90 eco xtreme or similar
•
Treatment Guidance: Materials with matt
finish (natural stone, terracotta, agglomerates,
concrete tiles): Apply MP90 ECO XTREME (or
similar) evenly and continuously on a clean and
dry surface using a brush or fleece pad, wetting
the grout lines as well. Dab any excess product
with a clean cloth before it dries. On highly
absorbent materials, apply two coats of
product with a 20-minute interval in between.

Polished surfaces, Apply MP90 ECO XTREME
(or similar) on a clean and dry surface, wetting
the material and grout lines completely using a
brush or fleece pad. Before the product dries
(roughly 10-15 minutes), rub it using a micro
fibre cloth wetted with the product to favour
its penetration. Dry the surface with a clean
cloth. To speed up the process, it is possible to
treat the surface with a single-disc floor Rotary
machine fitted with a white pad to remove
excess stone treatment.
General maintenance guide
•
Product: Cleaner Pro (Neutral Cleaning
Detergent) or similar
•
Coverage: approx. 1500 mtr per 1 ltr
•
Maintenance Guidance: dilutions required
1-200 (25ml into 5 litres of clean water) mop
over the surface and leave to dry, no need to
rinse at this dilution. Cleaner Pro (or similar)
can be used inside scrubber drier machine
for larger floor areas.
