This collection of pro昀椀les was created to coincide with the
100th Anniversary of Verena Holmes’s membership of the
Institution, showcasing the diverse contributions made, being
made, and to be made by women in our profession. The pro昀椀les
were displayed as posters at the unveiling event for Verena’s
portrait, in the IMechE library, on Tuesday 5 March 2024.
They are an inspiration to all those committed to supporting,
celebrating and championing women engineers.
