We are a friendly group and beginners and
the more experienced play table tennis
together.
You will need your own bat and wear
suitable footwear.
Hartletts Café is good for refreshment and
a chat afterwards.

T’ai Chi Sue Galloway
The slow and graceful movements of T’ai
Chi promote the flow of internal energy and
improve flexibility, balance and strength.
They give long-term health benefits
through using and training both body and
mind.
Our new class is for complete beginners or
those who have not taken part in T’ai Chi for
some time. Amritah, our teacher, ensures
everyone makes progress in a relaxed,
informal atmosphere.

We are a group of players who meet
monthly to play doubles tennis. Our
approach is more social and inclusive
tennis rather than competition so
everyone gets the chance to play.

relative beginner or are returning
