Odiham District u3a Annual Programme 2023 - 2024
Groups
The Jamming Session Phil Nightingale
This is an opportunity for members who
play a musical instrument to meet on a
regular basis and play an eclectic—not
necessarily electric—selection of popular
tunes. Singers are also welcome!
Don’t judge yourself as not
good enough! Come to a
meeting and try a free
taster session!
Line Dancing Nicki Baker
Line Dancing promotes physical and
mental well-being and is an excellent all
round form of exercise. It’s good fun and
helps with rhythm and coordination. Basic
steps are incorporated into dances to a
range of music, including country, popular
and swing. No one is an expert,
new dances are taught step by
step and we regularly practise
dances already learnt.
