FAMILY ADVENTURES
Short on duration but big on
experience! Trips range from
3 days in the Maasai Mara to
an 8 day Galapagos cruise
and can be booked as a
standalone trip or added on
to your overland adventure.
We use local operators
who we have worked with
for many years and who
give an excellent service using
top quality guides. Kilimanjaro treks,
Spanish School in South America and
Amazon Rainforest trips are just a few
of our Mini Adventures on offer.
Trips range from 8 days to
29 days in Morocco, Peru,
Ecuador and Tanzania.
These adventure trips use
local transport or private
minibuses. Travelling
with other families, you
will stay in locally run and
owned hostels and hotels
allowing interaction with
local communities, as well as the
occasional night camping (e.g. Berber Camp in
the Sahara, Inca Trail trek in Peru). Some minimum
ages apply - see individual trips for these.

VOLUNTEER
PROJECTS
Projects take place in East
and Southern Africa and
Ecuador in South America.
A variety of projects include wildlife
and conservation, health and community and
children and education. A day’s work can range
from preparing meals or teaching sports,
administrative tasks or children’s creative activities,
to observing Great White Sharks and tracking wild
animals. Projects are run at a grass roots level to
ensure benefits are kept within local communities.
You need a minimum of 2 weeks to take part in
volunteering and if you can take a longer trip, the
more you and the project gains from it. You can book
a Volunteer Project as a standalone trip or add it to
your overland trip.
