to crayfish ecology, fieldwork and

land managers, this Royal Forestry
Society (RFS) course provides an
introduction to timber measurement
and covers the conventions for
measuring diameter and height
of trees, estimating the volume of
individual trees and volume of timber
per hectare, calculating the number
