The MVB-712 portable pipe inspection camera system has a 60
metre long fibreglass rod cable. The 50mmØ heavy-duty
aluminium alloy camera head has a 30 adjustable white ultrabright, LED lights with a scratch-proof sapphire glass camera lens.
It is water and dust-proof to IP-68 rating and capable of
withstanding pressures up to 1 bar (10m underwater). This unit is
ideal for inspection applications in general, for example - floor
drains & pipework, boiler & heat exchanger tubes, steam feed lines
and chimneys ducting.
The cable frame is stainless steel with 2 wheels for easy
transportation and its rugged build is perfect to withstand the
rigours of pipe inspections in the harshest working conditions.
The whole system is powered by a 12V 14W li-ion battery with a 5
hour charge time and a working capacity of over 4 hour.
There are 3 camera head skids of 110mm, 150mm and 220mm to
aid centralisation of the camera head in various pipe sizes and
negotiate various bends. Additional skids can be manufactured to
customer dimensions. Please advise your specification for pricing.
The display and control monitor has a 315 x 40mm high contrast
and high resolution TFT colour display with up, down, left and
right adjustment. There is also a distance travelled indicator.
Also incorporated is an 8GB SD
card data storage system with
date and time stamp. This can be
used to capture still images or
video with the option of
voiceover recording and/or text
edit reporting via the keyboard.
These data recordings can be
saved and can be attached to
reports or emails.

MVB-712TM Transmitter / Receiver Upgrade
The MVB-712 can be ordered as the MVB-712TM. This upgraded
model has the following features:

Built-in 512Hz transmitter camera head.
The handheld locating receiver can detect the signal up to a
depth of 5 metres, providing the ability to precisely detect
the location of the camera head.
The controls are on/off and sensitivity adjustment
Battery powered handheld receiver (Batteries not included)
