Plantation Source - These products are made from
fibre sourced farmed tree plantations. A typical cycle
from seeding to harvest is seven years.

Call Offs
We offer a call off service to our customers where we hold stock
for delivery in managable quantities as and when you require.
These are provided on a maximum term of twelve months and
the Company reserves the right to clear outstanding balances not
taken within that period. If there is a cumulative increase during
the period of over five percent, the company reserve the right
to either deliver the balance or charge storage. Stock is to be
insured by the customer.
Credit Notes/Credit Balances
Any credits or credit balances will be available for use for a period
of eight months after they have been initially issued or made
available after which it will be cancelled.
