Over his slowroasted lamb and lemon posset route designer and Clerkof the Course, Mark Appleton, reflected on the last fewdays “we struck gold with Hotel Endsleigh which gave usan amazing base to explore the more remote parts of thisbeautiful corner of England.”“It’s been great to see the Crews having so much fun onand off the road and we’re looking forward to more of thesame when we find some space in the calendar!”Rally Director, Fred Gallagher, was absent from the lunch,as he’s now on his way to the USA to complete the reccefor next year’s Alaska to Mexico Marathon.
