EQUIPMENT
We offer service to several Micronic devices
º CS500 Recapper series & CS700 Recapper series.
SERVICE LEVELS
We offer several levels of service depending on your needs
º Level 1A: PM where equipment will get send to the
workshop (CS500 + CS700)
º Level 1B: PM on location (CS700)
º Level 2: One PM inspection on location and one emergency
visit (CS700)
º Level 3: One PM inspection on location, two emergency visits
and Micronic Software Updates (CS700)
BASQUE SERVICE CONTRACTS
Preventive maintenance on Basque devices.
EQUIPMENT
We offer service to a Basque device
º CXT 353 Frozen Sample Aliqouter
SERVICE LEVELS
We offer one level of service
º Level 1: Preventive Maintenance
SCINOMIX SERVICE CONTRACTS
Ranging from visits to preventive maintenance (PM) on Scinomix equipment.
EQUIPMENT
We offer service for several Scinomix appliances
º VXL or VX2 Tube labellers
º VXL or VX2 + VXi Tube Bulk Feeder
º VXL or VX2 + VXq Tube Bulk Feeder
SERVICE LEVELS
We offer several service levels
º Service level 1: One-off preventive maintenance (PM) on site at the customer’s premises.
º Service level 2: Annual preventive maintenance (PM), incl. 1x service visit
º Service level 3: Annual preventive maintenance (PM), incl. 2x service visits
