EVENTSAIR
With over 30 years of expertise, EventsAIR has a clear understanding of the complexities of running in-person events
and was able to use that knowledge to develop exactly what planners required in a virtual setting. The OnAIR virtual
and hybrid solution was developed and launched in May 2020, just 90 days after the impact of COVID was first
realised.
OnAIR allows users to produce TV-style visual content (live and pre-recorded) and stage manage the entire virtual
and hybrid event from a single, user-friendly interface, including a green room and breakout rooms.The platform
features a fully customisable 3D/2D virtual exhibition hall with search functionality providing opportunities for sponsors
to showcase their brands and connect with attendees via presentations, videos, brochures, and one-on-one
meetings.It also provides ultra-low latency streaming of all content to unlimited attendees with no third-party software
licences
Growth Introduction of our OnAir over the last two years as a result of the introduction of our OnAir virtual event
platform, which has been used in the delivery of over 200,000 events from April 2021-March 2022, and more than
350,000 in total.
OnAir has allowed EventsAIR to grow as a company and expand its client base globally, winning a range of new
larger clients like Reed Exhibitions, World Economic Forum and Birmingham 2022 Commonwealth Games. Judges
were impressed by the platform’s multifunctional capabilities, and good client feedback.
