Stefanie comes from Buffalo, New York,
and Boca Raton, Florida, and has recently
relocated to Jerusalem with her family.
Her two oldest children spent the first month
of their life in the Neonatal Intensive Care
Unit at the Rambam Hospital in Haifa and
this gave her insight into the importance
of donations of blood and mother’s milk.
Specifically, Stefanie sees blood as a window
to the body, allowing us to view aspects of our
health that are not otherwise visible.
