At the centre of Israeli art and design, Bezalel has

of Israel, not just teaching artistic skills, but also

With a mission of educating and nurturing the next
generation of artists, Bezalel is guided by a set of

inspiration; engaging with the world; championing
equity, diversity and independent thinking; melding

The Department of Ceramics and Glass Design is
world-renowned. It offers the only degree programme
of its kind in Israel, focusing on the primary materials
and creating a unique curriculum for each student.
It empowers students to explore and think outside
the box and gives them the freedom and space to
recognise and pursue their agendas.
