FSL also provides an integrated dynamic risk
assessment directly through the app, which needs
to be completed before progressing with the job.
Job milestones and completion reports are also
fully integrated within the app – simplifying and
speeding up completion and customer reporting
requirement.
Over the coming weeks regular enhancements
will be rolled-out to showcase the system’s
capabilities. To support this, a change
management board has been established to
consolidate user feedback and review alongside
new business requirements for assessment and
inclusion in the upgrade roadmap.
Shift rota management, customer portal, engineer
skills management, and automatic job scheduling
by geography and skillset are some of the features
that will be coming to FSL in the near future as the
rollout is extended to cover Magdalene’s project
office and installation and commissioning teams.
This implementation of FSL is fully scalable and
is a part of the Telecom’s three-year growth plan,
and once fully enrolled will completely supersede
existing systems such as MariProject and SDE.
