Once you’ve signed in to the Oracle Cloud to get to your dashboard click on either
MGroupServices or the House icon. Highlighted below.
This is your personal dashboard.
NB: Single sign on is only relevant to employees that have a business email and are already
logged in through the security system. If you were to log in from another device (a personal
mobile phone) you will need to enter your username and password, because the single sign
on will not work.
Please note; As Oracle is a cloud based system your username and password are your link
to future payslips and other functions, so please keep these details safe.
If you receive any error messages after completing these steps above, please email the
M Group helpdesk at ITServiceDesk@mgroupservices.com ensuring you put Oracle Help in
the subject line.
