To send the request to the line manager for approval, click on submit. If the absence just
needs to be saved for submission later, Save and Close.
If you have some Time Off In Lieu this will be added to your TOIL Plan by HR in Oracle. To
book time off follow the same actions as above but instead of selecting holiday, select TOIL.
