on a deeper level.
make the practice so rewarding.
But perhaps one of the sweetest
things that happens in an aerial
yoga class is the development of
community and connection. As
the class moves and breathes
together, supporting each other
through challenging poses and
celebrating each other's victories,
a sense of unity emerges and we
hit the bliss point. In a world that
often feels fragmented and
disconnected, this shared
experience of vulnerability and
strength is empowering,
transformative and fun.

new pose or push past their fears,
they emerge stronger, more
resilient, and have really
stretched their awareness

As a yoga teacher, there is
nothing more fulfilling than
witnessing the profound
transformations that unfold within
my students' hearts, minds and
lives. Through the practice of
aerial yoga, they discover
newfound strength, courage, and
self-awareness.

We run blocks of weekly classes
at the Red Brick in Glastonbury
and I have a wonderful teacher,
Mahala who is teaching all 4 of
the sessions at the moment!
She brings all her expertise from
her teaching in London and she is
loving the direction she has
moved in, consequently, the
Blissed-out Yoga tribe is so happy
to have Mahala leading the
Glastonbury sessions. After
relocating to Lewes last summer, I
feel blessed that I am teaching 4
aerial sessions weekly and 1 floor;
that the word about Blissed-out
Yoga is getting out and Lewes is
catching the aerial yoga bug.
And for those teachers wish to add Aerial Yoga to
their repertoire, I'm thrilled to announce my
upcoming 30-hour teacher training program,
taking place from July 1st to 6th in Lewes, East
Sussex.
A comprehensive training, taking you through the
Blissed-out Yoga method.
