RELATIONSHIPS CAN INSPIRE
OUR SPIRITUAL POTENTIAL
By Hilary Bowring
Relationships are powerful,
they offer both our most
challenging and most fulfilling
experiences in life.
As we become more conscious
and experienced we can develop
and expand from where we’ve
been. Often we were entangled
in old patterns and became
reactive to situations.
As we evolve we can begin to
see that witnessing each others
lives with love is the greatest
gift we can give one another.
Witnessing each others journeys
with
loving
detachment,
including
angst.
(provided
nothing harmful occurs).
Combined with holding an
intention to help our beloved
express their Soul potential, can
take our relationship to another
level and help identify our
individual
destinies.
Our
individual roles in the divine
plan. Imagine that possibility!

‘Freedom to be my Soul Self’!
An
evolved
relationship
embraces this intention by
being curious to understand
each other, learning to tolerate
differences through trial and
error
then
eventually
celebrating differences.
Lets explore
differences
some
of
our
Emotional differences are
mainly hormonal differences
Our hormones are powerful in
determining our moods and
attitudes. Oxytocin and
Testosterone are key hormones
present in both sexes. Oxytocin
is known as the ‘love hormone’;
it’s released by the pituitary
gland during orgasmic sex
creating a bond between a
couple.
After that the story gets more
complicated...
Oxytocin relieves stress in a
woman and Testosterone
relieves stress in men.
Oxytocin calms women but
can run down very quickly
with anxiety. It’s released
with orgasms- good for a
woman to have an orgasm
once per week to flood her
nervous system with
oxytocin and relieve stress.
When women are even
slightly anxious or rushing
around they lose oxytocin
and testosterone is released
which further depresses
oxytocin. Oxytocin is built
when women give, so under
stress a woman will give
even more to build this
hormone, which leads to
exhaustion. When giving too
much, women feel out of
balance and explode! There’s
a loop of frustration anger
and heart-ache and when not
expressed one explodes!

Levels of oxytocin increase
when a woman can speak
about her anxiety and when
she is feeling supported by
nurturing affection,
emotionally and practically.
It’s said that only 10% can be
replenished by a man!
Historically a woman’s life
was to provide a nurturing
role in the company of
children and other women
which built her oxytocin
while the man was out
hunting. Thus more
grounded, connected,
intuitive modern women
don’t rely on the male for a
‘fill up’, and seek other
sources of replenishment…
Can be re-built by being with
girlfriends and by enjoyable
pursuits like shopping,
massage and aesthetics
especially having pedicures
and hair washing!
Once oxytocin is built up, her
body responds sexually.
Orgasms release more
Oxytocin and she creates a
bond with the male—not
always great with a player!
Casual sex when orgasm is
reached is not casual for a
woman. Use with Care!!!!!!
