“You are what you think. All that you arises from
your thoughts. With your thoughts you make
your world.”
Many of us are waiting to be defined by someone
else, by something else, maybe our religion
invites us to define ourselves as bad or a sinner.
Perhaps our parents convinced us to define
ourselves as stupid or unworthy of love.
And if our thoughts remain unquestioned, or we
don’t have peak experiences, which show us
something else. We may just unconsciously live
out a life of other people's definitions of us.
This is how we bring the soul to life in this
dimension, you get to choose the picture you
want to paint, the life you want to see, live, and
experience.
If you don’t take charge of your mind and
emotions your mind and emotions will take
charge of you. This is the importance of
disciplines like meditation and consciously
choosing higher vibrational states like happiness,
self-compassion and love every day.

In my work I take people through various
processes to become aware of how they hold
onto and live out un-helpful self-definitions,
within their own mind and emotions.
It’s such a relief when we start to understand
that life is an act of self-definition, and that we
have a self that is already healed and complete.
That suffering mostly arises from dogma, and
that dogma is living out other people's
definitions of us.
So the question is .. who would you like to be
today?
You get to decide, you can create a story for
yourself, you can choose how you want to feel
towards yourself.
Partly spiritual awakening means ‘to awaken out
of the dream of other people's definition.’ To
create your own dream, to become an expression
of your own unique soul.
To awaken from the self-imposed nightmare that
most of us live in of “I’m not worthy of love, I’ll
never succeed, I’m inherently bad etc.”
It’s time to live increasingly in a self-created
heaven of “I am worthy of love, I am a divine
being, I choose love, success, happiness and
freedom.”
